Are you the kind of girl that doesn't like to follow the traditional rules and instead opts for anything but?! Is your idea of planning a wedding grabbing a few best friends and taking a quick trip to Vegas? Well then Nordstrom's newest solution might be for you.
They recently introduced an online section of their site called the Wedding Shop. At the first page you can simply select your role in the wedding (bride, groom, bridesmaid, etc.) and then you'll get pages of results. I took a look myself and am actually really fond of some of their stuff! I can see some great weddings being made out of these designs.
To test this out I came up with a quick and easy theme in my head, spent maybe 20 minutes on the site and came up with this (see below) quick and fun yellow wedding. While the wedding shop focuses more specifically on clothes all you have to do is browse the rest of their site for all of the accessories you'd ever need.
Nordstrom also has a pick-up-in-store option for the really on-the-run bride or you can have it shipped to your house as quickly as overnight. I guarantee you'll find that these prices in many cases are cheaper than you'd even find in your typical wedding store. I mean the dress I chose is less than $400. You'd be hardpressed to find others out there that cheap!
