My mom's wedding colors were a raspberry pink and a clover/lime green. I've included photos from some ways we included the colors, but other ways we included the colors which are not yet pictured, are in our mani-pedi's (my toes were french manicured in pink), in the wedding cake (it was green with cream dots with pink and green flowers on top), in the rose petals that littered the aisle, in the invitations and save-the-date's, and more.
These are the gift baskets for the guests. We bought the green (perfect for the beach baskets) at our local dollar store. Inside we included pink and green flip flops from Old Navy ($2.50ea), green or pink snack bins, green or pink hand sanitizer, green or pink nail supplies, water bottles with green or pink lids, green chapstick, strawberry lime gum, and much more to echo the wedding colors. The wedding itinerary I made carried their green and pink monogram at the top.
Green and pink shotglasses were also included in the gift bag, along with mini bottles of Tequila. This is me playing with taking photos of my mom's ring. You should see the pictures of the ring with the tequila bottle. They look pretty cool! FYI digital macro on your camera helps with those up close shots.
Of course you can always try to include your wedding colors in your flowers. Above, the first picture is of the flowers my fiancee's mom put together for the cocktail tables. We simply went to Von's (just like Safeway) the night before the wedding and bought two bouquets of flowers. We had brought along our own vases and simply made our own arrangements for a cost of maybe $10. It was a great deal and look fabulous. The picture below it is of my mom's bouquet. It was made up of Casablanca Lilies, Raspberry colored Roses, and Green Hydrangea. Our bouquets were made up of just the roses and hydrangea. The men wore boutteneirs of florets of green hydrangea. Finally the last picture is of the cake topper they made for my mom's wedding cake. Sorry I didn't have my camera at cake time, I'll try to get it on the site soon. All of the amazing florals were done by Botanica in San Diego.
I gave my mom the idea of doing something different for her guestbook. We took one of her invitations and had it mounted and then framed. At the wedding, guests were able to sign and leave messages around it. Now that they're home, they'll simply add the glass and keep it on their wall as a momento from their wedding. I thought it was a great and new way to remember the day.
Finally, you can always include your colors in your bridesmaid dresses and shoes and accessories. I am on the left with my two younger sisters (hard to believe I'm the oldest huh!). We stood oldest to youngest at the ceremony, which is why Alli and I wore pink, with Ashley in green. Our new stepsister Danae wore green while standing on her father's side. All of our hair was done similarly by Danae, so that we wouldn't look funny in pictures with one person's hair up, the other's down, etc. We got both our dresses and shoes at David's Bridal in Keizer, OR.
